It all starts with dish washing.  Create a separation in the sink area where your dairy designated dishes will be washed separate from your meat designated dishes.  If you have a double sink, or two completely separate sinks, it is super easy.
now label the two sides with stickers.  As well, use two different colour sponges and brushes dedicated to either Dairy or Meat dishwashing. Most people use red for Meat and blue for DairyNow your kitchen is looking a bit more kosher than before.
