Yes...this is nail polish. We will get to that. But first go through your entire kitchen utensils ...pots, pans, cups, bowls...all of it...and decide which utensils are to be designated for dairy use, and which for meat. Now the nail polish... you may now 'dot" each kitchen utensil with the appropriate color nail polish. One red or blue "dot" will serve as a lasting, identifying mark on any particular vessel
Store the kitchen utensils separately in their respective places to prevent crossover use in cooking or washing. It is advisable to label the drawers and cupboards appropriately in order that the proper utensils will find their way "home". Take your time with this one...you're almost there.
